Villa Roland en Bourgogne is a stone house of 125 m2 fully restored, located in the town of Chagny, in Beaunois country, 15 minutes by car and 10 minutes by train from the beautiful medieval town of Beaune.
The house is completely independent and located at the bottom of our property consists of a mansion and this rental on 2500 m2 of wooded and fenced. Secure and quiet, the cottage is surrounded by greenery (about 1000 m2 assigned to the cottage), with several covered terraces or not and a shelter for the car.
The cottage is fully ground floor and consists of two rooms of 12 m2 each for 5 people (1 bed of 200 by 160 in the green room, 1 bed of 190 by 140 and a bed of 190 by 90 in the red room ).
It also includes a bathroom of 9 m2 with a very large walk-in shower of 3 m2, spacious toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Villa Roland en Bourgogne also offers a main room of 65 m2 with sitting area, dining area, fully equipped kitchenette and a veranda of 14 m2 overlooking a terrace of 20 m2 with electric blind.
The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Burgundy: bed linen and towels provided, tourist information, books, games, music, WII console, TV by ADSL, table football, computer, WIFI, gas barbecue, petanque area …
Some parts of the cottage are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Small animals are accepted.
